There were protests across the UK this weekend, as the first jabs were administered to the public, and resuscitation facilities were installed to deal with anaphylactoid reactions and other possible side effects.

 

This is a sampling of anti-government protests in the UK and around the world.

 

UK 12,13/12

On the weekend, anti-Corona-measures protests took place across the UK, including in London, Manchester, Nottingham, Bristol, Brighton, Bournemouth, and Edinburgh.

Brighton appeared to be the target of the most heavy handed police reaction in the UK with 4 people ending up arrested in a kettling situation.

 

One young man in excellent physical condition managed to out-maneuver police who had chased him onto a sea wall in Brighton.

 

PARIS, FRANCE

Protests continue across France and on the streets of Paris against laws that would make it a crime to circulate certain images of police officers.

 
 

INDIA

Indian farmers continue to protest against momentous government bills giving more profit and control to large corporations, plunging farmers into deeper poverty and enslavement.

These bills were passed without any debate by opposition being permitted.

Meanwhile in the UK, Boris Johnson confused the farmers’ protests with an Indian-Pakistani conflict. Boris Johnson also evaded the parliamentary question ‘Does everyone have a fundamental right to peaceful protest?’

In Washington, after a day of peaceful protests by Trump supporters, there were serious injuries in the evening when fights between political factions broke out.
