the complaint that was formally lodged on Monday 20 December 2021, with the Metropolitan Police (London and Greater London) at Hammersmith Police Station, London. The complaint was made by Philip Hyland, a lawyer from PJH law, Lois Bayliss, a lawyer from Broad Yorkshire Law, Dr Samuel White, a medical doctor, and Mark Sexton, a former police officer.
